What a great idea BUT yes I would be allowed to take a leave and unfortunately much to the surprise of the union bashers it would be WITHOUT pay!! This includes my benefits, if I want to keep some of the benefits running I would have to pay 100% of the premiums. So no I cannot afford to take a leave but if I could, who would this be hurting, absolutely no one, not one tax payer.
