Question Newbie questions about couple's massage

My partner and I are considering a couple's massage. We've never done this so I'm not sure what to expect.

I'd really appreciate if anyone on this forum can answer some of my questions.

1> Does one of us lie on the table at a time while the MPA gives the massage? What does the other person do during then?
2> Is it appropriate for me to touch my partner while she's getting massaged by the MP and can my partner massage me while I'm getting massaged?
3> Is it appropriate for us to touch the MPA?
4> Is it appropriate/legal to for my partner and I to have sex during the massage?
5> Will the MPA provide some kind of a release for my partner (female)?

And lastly, any recommendations?
