If you get get the ticket reduced your insurance company will still consider it a speeding ticket, so unless it's dismissed it's the same shit. My advice to you is slow down and stop talking on your cell phone!!

Individuals like you are the reason pedestrians are not safe to cross the streets. You were caught speeding and now you want to sneak your way out of paying your well deserved fine.
