SP's real name

I am surprised that a young lady would let her guard down and tell their clients their real name. I would be willing to wager that the older more experienced SP's would not make this mistake.

You may find this to be the opposite, the more experience one has one learns to trust their judgement and sometimes you provide a certain amount of information in order to avoid further issue.
As an example if you are going on a date with a client and are going to be spending an extended amount of time at a local restaurant being called by a name that is not your own may cause further difficulty. Many ladies have careers outside of this industry and running into a client or boss when with your date can lead to a difficult situation which would be further aggravated should the client be calling you "Muffy", "Bambi" or "Ivana Humpalot". :???: However if your first name is fairly common you are still fairly anonymous, googling "Jennifer in Toronto", or "Carol in Mississauga" isn't going to be bringing up anyone in particular and it will go a long way to explaining your meeting should you happen to run into someone you know and have to make a quick and discrete introduction.

I won't speak for the specific situation at hand but there are many reasons someone may wish to disclose certain information, everyone is different and there is no right answer for everyone.

How do you know its their real name Olayda? they could be playing with you.

I hate to rain on all your parades...but almost every industry girl I know has a fake "real name"...yes, last name too! Its used to get closer to a client, build rapport, yet maintain privacy. I've seen girls stress when given gifts with their Fake Real Name initials on it, etc. Most have Facebook profiles and emails to match. So you aren't losing the fantasy, you have just passed level 1.

Sorry, but reality bites sometimes. he he he

I agree with MPA2. Why would you really want to know their names that just complicates matters most of the times.
