Best diet method out there.

Don't diet, other than the eating correctly/healthy diet.

If you have to "diet", that simply means you are not, and will solve nothing in the long term.
 
I have also read that the "intermittent fasting diet", can have the effect of people having a natural response of craving more of the wrong food, a quick fix as it were, to compensate for being starved.


That is one of the reasons why dieting does not work in the long run.


Don't stop eating, just stop eating unhealthy foods.
 
My diet isn’t working. Pizza for dinner was good.
but that was a long time ago and I’m hungry again. :(

You can still get fat eating healthy foods because in the end it is calories in calories out. The theory behind intermittent fasting is to not spike your insulin thus the body using body-fat as a fuel. Plus if you eat in eating windows say of 8 hour you hopefully run at a calorie deficit so naturally you lose weight.

I don't doubt that its "theoretically" possible to get fat eating fruits and vegetables, but that is NOT the diet of fat people in society of today.

If there is a need to diet to burn fat as fuel, too many calories in.


I still see recommendations that short term food reduction dieting, will naturally stimulate the body to binge when there is food available, producing an unhealthy cycle, and ultimately failure in controlling ones weight.


Not proposing I'm an expert here Analme, just reporting what I read.

You know black coffee some say breaks a fast some say helps a fast. How about you and I go for a black coffee one morning and then go do some vigorous exercise during the fast period so we can maximize calories? Just so we are clear, this offer is for Reverse, sorry MB.
