As for the 8 glasses of water. What most people don't realize is that most people get 8 glasses simply by living a normal life. For eg: Coke has 384 ml of water. A can of soup has about 10 oz (more if you mix the condensed soup with a can of water as directed). Lettuce is VERY high in water etc etc

I mean, if things didn't contain a lot of water, a 16 oz steak would probably be the size of a pea......
