I have the same impression. I have read not to use the metal cock rings, you can end up at the Emergency Ward. Some people use an elastic that goes around the penis and the balls to cut blood circulation to make their dick rock hard.

My problems have been ongoing for years, they just seem to be increasing the last year or so. The doc just gave me the BP meds recently, he knows what ED I am using so figured he took all that into consideration. Then again, I have been told that it is better to ask a pharmacist about drug interactions as they focus more on that than a doctor. I'll check later as i have the drug info at home. I think WebMD has a drug interaction app that you plug in what you take and it spits out info.

Hadn't thought about a cock ring, I was aware it went around base of penis so at least I got that going for me. Maybe I could take an elastic to my dick and see what happens lol

Ask your Doc to review the BP meds. High BP over a period of time can cause ED.

Sometimes the BP itself is what causes the ED, rather than the meds to control the BP. So if you've had this problem for awhile, and you've only recently started taking the BP meds, but you may have had the BP itself for some while longer.

The one I showed with the link is meant to go around the penis and the balls. It's leather and has snaps so you can put it as tight as you want. I have sensitive balls also but it goes under them and doesn't hurt. I would be quite weary putting on a ring that just goes around the penis.
