It is suggested by YouTube that this is the first ever adult movie:

What do you think? Pretty bad isn't it? And what the hell is that maid pouring on the lady? Lol! I guess they thought water wouldn't be seen unless it was coloured.

Where I went to high school, there was a small independent repertory theatre, that always had double features. Wednesday to Saturday were movies that had played downtown a few months prior, and Sunday to Tuesday was skin flicks. The Sunday to Tuesday crowd was generally senior citizens, and guys who lived at the veteran's hospital.

Every so often, the place would be packed for a particular skin flick, like the Chesty Morgan double feature, Double Agent 76, and something else. I saw those, and The Happy Hooker, with Xaviera Hollander. It was a single X.

I saw Russ Myer's SuperVIXENS there, when I was about 15, and that's the best X-rated movie ever.

There was one double bill of Raquel's Motel and Pleasure Cruise. There were four scenes in Raquel's Motel where you could see the cameraman reflected in a mirror. I remember both of those had ugly people in them, one of the actresses had a lot of zits on her ass.

I saw a lot of good 'B' movies there, too, that would have been the first film at a Drive-In. 99 and 44/100% Dead was good, and I especially liked Emperor of the North Pole, with Lee Marvin, Keith Carradine, and Ernest Borgnine.

Set in 1930's, Lee Marvin played A No. 1, a hobo who traveled around as a stowaway on trains. Carradine was the young hobo, who wanted A No. 1's 'crown'. Borgnine was the train conductor, Shack, that killed hobos who rode his train, in gruesome manners, with a steel pipe, or something like that. The music is really shitty, though. Those two were the type of films that Quentin Tarantino rips off, and no one notices, but me.

I think I have a porno cartoon from 1924, called Buried Treasure. I'm doing a Windows search for it now. I'll put it up somewhere, if I find it.

Oh , they have it on YouTube. My copy was taped from TV, and has a yellow tint.

Put it up right here if you find it Bob--I'd be very interested in seeing it!

Look up, look waaaaaay up, and I'll call Rusty.

The posted times aren't accurate, bolt.upright I added the video after 8:11.

The one on YouTube is better quality than mine, but I can't download it, because it's password protected, and I don't know the username and password of the guy who shared his copy of YouTube Video Downloader on p2p.

Why was this on TV? It was part of The Best of The New York Erotic Films Festival, and played on CITY-TV, back when they weren't owned by Bell, through CTV.

Just going out on a limb here, I'm betting she's not shaved.

There used to be a VHS series called Electric Blue (back in the 80s). Those kept me going through university...

I don't know...I feel like I saw her at Emerald Isle like 12 years ago. Not bad, but she insisted on using coffee grinds as lube so I had to leave

None mentioned Caligula?

George Costanza, keep in mind that this thread is 1st porno film, not favorite. Most guys would have seen at least one, before they saw Caligula, unless they were born with game, or received man lessons at an early age.

I saw Caligula in a theater, and thought it was great. I had it on VHS cassette, but it wasn't returned, by someone who borrowed it; they put a different tape in the box. I have it on a digital copy now, obtained from Demonoid, and that's better than I had, because I don't watch many VHS tapes anymore, and the digital quality is better than analog.

I can't say I enjoyed Bolero in the theater, even though Bo Derek was at her physical peak, while doing simulated sex. The film around the sex scenes didn't hold my interest.

I was one of the few patrons in the theater that enjoyed Showgirls, but other people later changed their minds about that one.

The one with Madonna and Willem DaFoe, Body of Evidence, was a yawn fest.

Wild Orchid, where Bruce Willis played hide the sausage with Carrie Otis, for real, is good, but effectively ended Carrie's film career. Last Tango in Paris is a masterpiece.

Just plain porn is hard to watch, without fast forwarding. Danny Devito had a funny meme about that fairly recently. Check his threads started list in his profile, if you want to see it. I don't remember the title, but you should be able to find it, in two selections, or less.

One of the best erotic films I ever saw was Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love, (1996), and I loved Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill!, (1965, black and white, by Russ Myer), even though it has very little nudity.

Russ made great single X porn, with funny stories, and huge breasted actresses. Russ Myer's SuperVIXENS is the best sex movie ever. Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens isn't that good.

Russ was his own cameraman for the films he directed, much of the time. The screenplay to his film Beyond The Valley of The Dolls was co-written by Roger Ebert, the film critic, who gave Russ a medium sized thumbs up for all of his work, but would have given him a bigger one, if he was physically able to so do.

Check out Russ' filmography at Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russ_Meyer

There's a movie done since 2000 in the same style as Russ' work, called Pervert!, and that's pretty good, too. I may have a copy on my computer, but possibly on a CD Rom that I can't copy back to my hard drive.
