Tried a new Chinese spa in Gatineau this week. Made an appointment and ended up with Wendy. They say there are 3 different girls. I only saw two of them and would certainly pick Wendy if I had to choose. She's very cute, in her early 30's. Her English is better than the average Chinese MA and I'd say her massage is right up there with any professional massage therapist.
Very nice experience and I will certainly repeat.
I read bad stuff in the past about some places on St-Joseph but I've now recently visited 172, 216 and Blue Sky, a bit further down the street. All three have been good and I've repeated at the previous two and will definitely see Wendy again.
Very easy to get to, just go over the bridge from the market (Alexandra Bridge) and keep going straight until you get to a traffic circle (about 3 mins). That's St-Joseph, keep right and the first spa (172) is right at the circle.
Is there anyone else on this Ottawa site other than Blackram and Skinflute? How about a few reviews?
