I've been working out along time but have to admit that even in my prime I couldn't do 3/4 of these.

Some amazing athleticism here.

Bodyweight and plyometrics are the best muscle developers! During high-school, we were taught about 1/2 of those exercises in phys ed and for football and soccer. That guy is a machine much like Herschel Walker, who never lifted weights.

If you can find anything written by Thomas McKinney (strength and conditioning coach formerly at UNC trained all the athletes) in conditioning such as this. He is currently the strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. I met him at UNC while touring the South with a basketball team that I coached. I remember the mom's drooling over him and I had to tell them not to throw their panties at him! LOL.
