It's just another tax grab. The excuse to get the law in is for the inconsiderate people but it will spread to everyone and all. Is ticketing delivery trucks and companies that need to be parked there fair? Tax grab is all!

I have an idea for "tax grab"...let's fine all those Councillors whenever they abuse the system or our trust. Man, we could easily pay off our debts as well as adding more programs ....Now if Tboy was one of the councillors, we wouldnt make a dime. Hes straightfoward whether you like it or not.
