9 Year Old Girl Drives a Jeep Over Rocks

this raises an interesting question

How ever the same question should be raised with competitive horse riding and sports for a child.

Is this this child being put at unnecessary risk of death and injury?

What about kids who learn how to drive tractors so they can help on the farm? Most of my dad's generation would have been driving tractor as soon as they could reach the pedals.
