I think a new term should be created for the two prominent types of drones.
One for the autonomously controlled ones, and one for the those controlled by pilots from a remote location.
Both types were exampled in this thread.
So when some one says, "that's a *drone", would be providing required info.
As of now, its like the current English language butchering term, "trending", when used without the required adverb.
