Hi fellow mansluts.

I don't know if most of you have girlfriend(s) or not, but if you do, I have a question. Is your average cost of hiring an SP (200-300/session) more or less than the total amount of money you spent to a girl between the time you picked her up to the time that you had sex with her?

There is no guarantee getting laid after movie and dinner. Plus odds are CIM won't happen either.

SP, all the way.

I am a cheap bastard. Movie, $25 for two with no popcorn. Dinner, I go Korean. Another $25. That is $50 for a night out. I voted girlfriend.

I voted GF is cheaper. But then again, I won't date a high maintenance woman either.

IMO if you only apply a dollar figure to the "cost", then on an annual basis a gf or civvie is probably cheaper. I say probably because if you're with her a year, you'll have an anniversary present to buy, plus a birthday present, plus a christmas present, valentine's day, plus easter, then you have NYE, that'll be another $200 easy, plus a present for her mother, etc etc etc. I also say "only" a dollar figure because in all my relationships, it cost me so many hours or stress, it was ridiculous. I spent SO many hours trying to pry out of them what I did wrong, those hours I'll never get back (and in more than half the cases I actually didn't do anything wrong, it was just perceived that I did something wrong).

I'd like to say that sex is better with someone you care about but there have been a few escorts I've developed a repoire with that far exceeded any sex I had with a gf.......

One of the big factors? They never say no.......

(btw, you're a bunch of cheap bastards, I have yet to go out on a date that didn't cost me at least a hundred and more often closer to $200)

Most of my dates run between 100 and 200 depending on the restaurant. Last week I took out a co-worker (a very sexy lady) to a nice dinner ($95.00) then to the movies (33.00 with popcorn) then dancing (60.00 doorfee+drinks) . At the end of the night I was rewarded with a pair of blue balls which was priceless!:grrrrrr: Now, I've asked her out again for next weekend because I love the hunt and I need to see if my initial investment bears fruit.

Here is where I am different...

If like in tboys situation, the woman I'm dating starts arguing and tries to break my esteem... relationship over. Done. I don't have time for that bullshit.

My average first couple of dates cost me $50 max. I need to know the woman likes me for me, not for my money, (or lack of). Some of my best first dates include:
Kensington Market and Hot Pot for dinner
Bicycle riding on the Toronto Islands
Snow shoeing
Geocaching
Playing tourist in Toronto
Going to a Jays game (with free tickets)

In my experience, a creative date almost always works out better than an expensive one, as I find many women value creativity over the standard 'try to impress' type of date.

Hey I'm with you there playa, but as stated, in Toronto, a basic decent restaurant is going to cost you $100 and I know not of ONE woman who ever would consider going to my place for our first date...considering (at the time) I lived in my workshop lol....(though some escorts LOVED seeing what I was working on...my ATF Summer at GOE used to, when I opened the door, kiss me, hug me, and scoot on to see what was being built lol).

I have to ask: wtf is geocaching? Is that where you travel around downtown with a huge net and try to bag a geo metro?????

Ok so I've also done the "casual" date. One time we went blading. Ok, so drive to the path near her place, $20.00. Parking for the day, $10.00, drinks at the rest stop, $5.00. Lunch on the pier, $35.00 then ice cream later on, $10.00.....we're still talking almost $100.00.....

I mean, I guess I COULD have done this at the rest stop: gone to the cooler, picked out a bottle of gatorade for me. She picks out a bottle of water. We go to the counter and we both set them done....the clerk rings them up and I hand him $3.00 for mine and look at her..........yeah, that would go over well.......

Geocaching is basically a world wide scavenger hunt that one uses a hand held GPS to find a location where there is something hidden.
