A seven-year-old boy battling brain cancer sacrificed his life to save his mother's

Sorry, I gotta doubt the story, or at least assume there's another side to it than the one reported. No doctor, even in China, would sacrifice one life to save another. It goes against everything we work towards (even when the choices are very, very difficult). It would mean euthanizing the child to save the others, and that's just a complete no-no regardless of the circumstances.

And a seven year old kidney probably would not be viable in an adult.

If you read the article... they removed the organs when he died on the 2nd.
