Well like many things in my life, I'm a little lacking in experience, but I've never had to buy protection before. So I could do with some guidance.

Any advice or suggestions on what to look for in the way of an athletic up and mouth guard? For kickboxing.

And missing teeth is sexy.

custom made are usually better for sports, the dentist makes them. I use to have one for hockey as a kid.
