Affordable places to retire .... opinions.

Those of you that travel to or live in these areas, are the prices right? Or are these for dumps in the wrong part of town. I can live in Miami cheap also ... if I want to live in a crap house and eat poorly.

I'm starting to feel restless again ... My language skills suck so english is a must.

Try Jane and Finch, cheap to buy a home, lots of amenities like shopping, schools etc.... Just pick up a vest like the one below and you can enjoy long walks too.
