I received an email from 'Monica' at ALO which went like this:

my name is Monica,i saw your profile today and i became interested to contact you, please if you are interesting to know me,

Did anyone else receive this or something similar? I am listed with AOL for their 'newsletter'. It appears they are now trying to get business via contacting members directly. I have not replied to them. Interesting that they offer an email address that is separate from ALO.

Funny thing that I have never been to ALO.

I feel left out as I didn't get one of those "I want you now...or I want your money now" messages. I'm sure business is slow and now they're resorting to message direct marketing. As someone else pointed out, it may however be the lure of your profile that she found irresistible.

ALO is claiming they were hacked .......

Recently this happen to us too thru our website someone hacked into the website and sent private messages to the members of site the ip adress related to this issue was from Senegal so is for sure an spam we apologize for the issue and has being resolved. We do put a note on our site notifying members about this

Thing is, ALO has not advertised a Monica since Oct 2015. Their website currently lists no Monica. It's fishy either way ......

No...I replied to it, saying I'd love to know more about her...should we meet at ALO, or elsewhere? She is being held in an African country, but her father, a Dr, left her $2.7 million in accounts in Europe where she is noted as next of kin. She is going to share it with me if I let her use my accounts to syphon the $ out of Europe and get most of it back to her so she can continue her studies. I didn't want to tell you about this until I got a headstart on you guys, but I'm well underway now, so am ahead of yous.....YAY....I'm rich !!!! ;-)

No, that's Raven Rain, I've seen her before. Kind of a cute face (almost Asian), but she's got a bit of a flabby body: the kind of body with a lot of loose hanging skin, after someone has lost a lot of weight quickly.

Tell her you're a plastic surgeon and can do liposuction and tummy tuck in exchange for a bbbjcim etc! As Monty Hall used to say, "let's make a deal". I think a face lift would help too...
