Am I naive? Recruitment

Just read that many agencies go on Seeking Arrangements etc to recruit ladies. So. I'm kind of shocked by this. I don't ever try to convince anyone to start in the industry nor do I randomly ask people in general. I figure it's more - you can see Sassy listed and if you're interested, you'll message or email. I'm not going to pressure or actively recruit someone; if you like what you see and hear, you'll get in touch. And I always say to look around first and see what other agencies have to offer before deciding - do your research and make the very best choice for you.

Is this naive??

Bah. This sounds very stupid when I read it back to myself. Maybe I am really naive.

Think of it as educating women about the industry. It's all in how you approach the women. Sure there are sleazy guys out there who actively recruiting and take on "agent" status and take a cut either from the agency or the woman. Personally, I think you would be doing the industry and these women a favour by talking to them and warning them of pitfalls and predators. Everyone in this biz can use a momma angel.

No your not naive and I believe your doing it the right way. I'd also think that approaching/ asking someone to work could get you into legal trouble. When I ran services anyone hired came looking for work, I never went looking and back then I was naive, lol.

There's one guy who calls periodically, I guess to all agencies in general, because I know I've talked to him many times over the years. He asks if we are hiring girls. The answer is always - she has to call us directly. Not a guy "who knows someone". Lol then 6 months go by. And he calls again.

I agree. Those ladies seeking arrangements are selling themselves so it makes them service providers. There is nothing wrong with an agency owner approaching them and politely asking them to work for them plus it would be safer for them.

not sure about it being safer though, the initial meeting is always the most dangerous but SPs see 7-12 men a day whereas on SA if you land someone good it's just that one person you start upholding your trust in. its true agencies have "security" or at least the clients think they have "security" which is enough for bad clients to back off

i actually went BACK on SA after being in the industry for a while lmao

for the girls agencies recruit on SA who know NOTHING about it, opinions and views on the industry can be super skewed and they don't realize there are other agencies that allow more freedom, fit their expectations, personality better etc.

I have called agencies on behalf of SPs I'd become friendly with. Usually because they're new in town or want to try a new agency with new clientele. I usually have some questions for the agency, and if no alarm bells go off, then I'll let the SP know and tell her to contact the agency.

But I think I know who you're talking about. He's well known in some circles. And quite sleazy...almost borderline predatory.

She sleeps well but at the same time I have to give agency owners that do that the thumbs up. Realize or not, they save more girls by doing that than by them going to a street pimp.

Seeking Arrangements is full of semi-pros and pros including agengy sp's, indy's and MPA's. I would hazard a guess they make up half the women on their. The times that I have started NSA relationship they I look for the few that full time jobs, like nurses for example. I have met 2 well known mpa's there because I recognized them from seeing in the spa and liked them.
Anybody who is on the site has already crossed the moral line about money for sex so they already are in the "business". So in that sense you are naïve. Good for you that you do what you can to avoid the obvious pimps.

This may seem strange coming from me but wanting to be paid for sexual services means pay for play so I agree you are being naive. You are asking if they want to be represented which is much better than falling prey to a vicious pimp who takes all their hard earned money.
