They certainly differ, I think the point was, neither are a great choice to run a country. Remember it was Trudeau's own mother who said that he wasn't that bright and would someone please teach Trudeau, too not say ahh, after every word. That annoys the heck out of me. This certainly doesn't affect his capabilities/incapabilities, but it would make him more pleasant to listen to when speaking.
