Sickening isn't it?.

a whopping 86 percent of U.S. smartphone owners say they use their devices while watching TV, and nearly half do it every single day. While watching, more than 40 percent of tablet owners are using their devices to look up information about characters, while others email or text (29%), check social media conversations (18%), or send in votes or comments about shows they are watching (12%).

They also have issues with climate change.

How pathetic.

No wonder 1/4 of them are obese.

Ages 25-54
Canadians
29:42 hours per week

Americans
33:48 hours per week.

You're catching up.

Also your obesity stats are wrong it's around 1/4 for Canadians. Direct that outrage to your own country.

1/3 Americans are obese.

Neither country can claim pride in either category. Both need to put down the remote and get off their asses.

i was thinking this might actually add to the hours per day people watch TV, the portability of it.
