Particulary when everyone knows you are guilty, and they now have the proof. I feel sorry for the Live Strong charity which has done good things raising money to fight cancer.

Isn't the proof a he said she said type of proof? I don't believe any tests were found to be positive but instead is other athletes coming forward. Is there an agenda, I don't know. He very well maybe has taken drugs but then again I believe 99% of professional athletes do.
The "proof" is the oral evidence of Floyd Landis and 10 other teammates who supposedly testified that they have seen Armstrong take drugs, possess drugs or that drug use was part of US Postal's training regimen.
It would be more like he said vs. they said vs. the hundreds of tests that he's passed.

No I believe the proof is scientific and was done by the US branch of the anti-doping agency. It basically proved that his testing samples proved that he used masking agents only explained by someone covering up doping. Testimony by teamates also confirms he was dirty. But you are right if you were a top cyclist during that period you were dirty.

Correct they were all dirty but to win 7 Tour de France. Juiced or not he was the best of them all.

I disagree.
If everyone Juiced he would not be the best.
Being the best in a pure sport of natural skill and training does excludes exogenous and illegal performance enhancement.
Enlight of this information. He was not the best but stole victories and prestige from others that competed fairly.
I commend him on his invaluable Cancer representation and fund raising efforts. For that he should be applauded.
I didn't read the whole story but only what was on the radio this morning and I have to say: those claiming proof simply because he's given up fighting doesn't mean shit.....

Sorry CT but 'roids or other enhancements DO NOT turn you into a 7 time winner unless you were already an exceptional athlete to begin with.
And if EVERYONE was juicing then they obviously didn't work hard as he did nor did they have the abilities that he had.
Performance enhancers can't take a 98 pound weakling and turn him into Charles Atlas without lifting a weight.
