Kudos to Anonymous on this one.


Anonymous just leaked a 12-minute video of drunk Steubenville high school athletes having a blast making fun of the passed-out 16-year-old girl who was raped by beloved football players Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond last August.

Be warned: the video is incredibly disturbing. You probably don't want to watch it. The speaker — identified by misternunya, an independent journalist who posted the video, as former Steubenville High School baseball player Michael Nodianos, who also tweeted lovely comments such as "some people deserve to be peed on" the night of the rape — cracks himself up as he calls the girl "deader than" JFK, OJ's wife, Caylee Anthony, and Trayvon Martin, amongst others.

"She is so raped," he says. "Her puss is about as dry as the sun right now."
At around 4:15, one of his friends says, "That's not cool bro" and "That's like rape. It is rape. They raped her."

He starts cracking up and riffs on that too: "They raped her quicker than Mike Tyson!" and "they raped her more than the Duke lacrosse team!"
"What if that was your daughter?" one guy says. "But it isn't," Nodianos says.

Other choice quotes include: "It isn't really rape because you don't know if she wanted to or not" and "what if she was pregnant and gave birth to a dead baby?"

Anonymous threatened to expose the high school athletes who weren't charged along with Mays and Richmond but allegedly called themselves the "rape crew" and helped take and spread photos of the girl as well as cover up the incident if they didn't publicly apologize before January 1st. It looks like they're making good on that threat.

A Steubenville high school football team is in trouble after leaking a video about raping and urinating on a 16-year-old "dead girl". According to Deadspin.com, the star of the video, Michael Nodianos is on camera laughing uncontrollably about the the rape incident. Two high school football players, Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond were arrested and charged.

The case had initially divided the town, blaming the girl for making up allegations just to hurt the football team, however, with the video released authorities plan on using it as hard evidence. According to the New York Time, Nate Hubbard, 27, said "The rape was just an excuse, I think. What else are you going to tell your parents when you come home drunk like that and after a night like that?" He added, "She had to make up something. Now people are trying to blow up our football program because of it."

In the video, Nodianos laughs and compares the rape victim to being "deader" as Oj Simpson's wife, Caylee Anthony, JFK, and Trayvon Martin. Only one person in the video could be heard telling the laughing teen that it wasn't a laughing matter, "It is rape. They raped her." He added, "Like, this is not like funny... what if that was your daughter?" Nodianos responded, "But it isn't. If that was my daughter, I wouldn't care. I would just let her be dead. And is it really rape if you don't know if she wanted to or not? She might have wanted it. That might have been her final wish."
Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond, both 16-year-old students at Steubenville High School face one charge of rape and one charge of kidnapping.Mays is also accused of taking graphic photos of the victim and posting them on Facebook. Photo's of the victim being carried out from party to party were taken and had been posted online. Nodianos tweeted during the ordeal saying, "Some people deserve to be peed on" and he later also tweeted, "Song of the night is definitely Rape Me by Nirvana."

When the victim returned home, her parents found her discombobulated and took her to the hospital. Nathaniel Richmond, father of the accused claims both men are innocent and that his son is a stat athlete and "a good child."

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- News outlets in and around this football-crazy town near the
Ohio-Pennsylvania border are reporting that criminal charges rape and kidnapping in connection with a sexual assault last week have been filed against a pair of 16-year-old male high school students -- both football players with the Steubenville High Big Red.
The online news site of The Herald Star, Steubenville's local newspaper, reported today that no hearing date has been set yet, but that two players had been charged and were being held in the Jefferson County Juvenile Detention Center.
The Herald Star said prosecutors were considering whether to move the case to adult court, even as investigators continued to try to piece together what happened.
The site reported that both students who had been charged had also been suspended from extracurricular school activities.

A Pittsburgh-area TV station's site, that Steubenville police said the incident with happened at a party about two weeks ago, and the arrests were made Tuesday night after an investigation.
WTAE said the two are football players for Big Red, which hosted Woodrow Wilson Senior from Washington, D.C., Thursday night at Harding Stadium in Warren.
The Warren Tribune Chronicle web site, tribtoday.com, reported that one of the student-athletes was arrested at his home by Steubenville City Police and the other was arrested by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

The Wheeling (W.Va) along with other outlets, reported that the Jefferson County Prosecutor, Jane Hanlin, has said she intends to step down from the case "because she is familiar with individuals surrounding the investigation."

Hanlin will reportedly request the Ohio Attorney General's Office appoint a special prosecutor to the case.

You can kind of see how they would think nothing would come of the video, I mean, when grownups in the town are saying things like the only reason they're doing this is to ruin the football team...I mean, wtf is wrong with people?

Yeah, I agree, they should be tried in adult court and they should be locked up for a long long time. Then there should be weekly videos posted on their condition after being anally raped repeatedly.

I dunno what their parents are thinking (probably denying that their kid had anything to do with it) but if it was my kid? He'd never make it to trial.......

Defense lawyers in the coming trial of two high school football players charged with raping a nearly passed-out-drunk 16-year-old girl are expected to argue on the issue of consent.


In the case that has shocked the nation, prosecutors state that the inebriated girl was taken to a number of parties by a group of drunk teenagers, supporting her to walk when she wasn't physically capable.
The prosecution claims that the group later sexually assaulted the girl while she lay unconscious.



But attorney Walter Madison, who represents one of the accused boys, argues she was drinking voluntarily and left willingly with the group of boys.
