i'm with you bubba, i built forms for foundation footings in a mudhole for the first 3 days, then worked outside a stark white building in the sun for the next two...i'm whipped....going to chill, do some laundry and rest my aching body.....

Number three right here doing the same thing. I've worked my arse off for the past six months. Three days of beer, BBQ (have a couple of 16 oz. Portherhouse and a couple of lobster tails), playing my new guitar, going to Pride, might catch a nice meal downtown with a few pints on a patio, smoking a couple pipes of sweet virginia, and thinking about a day at the beach on Monday.

Well I worked today. A long, tough, tiring day, which consisted of a trailer worth of stock to be unloaded and squirreled away somewhere. So 8 hours of slugging, where the average case is 40-50lbs. Came home, and cut the neighbor's lawn, then headed to the gym to train. And despite the work based fatigue, I pushed myself to up my weights again. So, yeah I'm tired and sore, lol.
I'm thinking of spending Sunday sleeping on the couch, or converting the laundry room into a partial training room.
