Reading the article, afaik the guy is dead wrong about copyright. No one relinquishes copyright, they can give permission for the photos to be posted, but they will still own the copyright. The thing then is do they own the picture (did they take them) and did the model consent (as a signed release for publication). If the pic was taken by the person in the photo, then only they can give permission for it to be used and posted elsewhere.

that's how the dirty .com site gets away with it, the process to have pics removed is set out legally. Prove you are the owner, and the pics come down if they were submitted by anyone other than the owner.

In this particular case, I'd have the same issue we've previously discussed on the GHM thread...that these pictures were not intended for internet posting and were posted without the consent/knowledge of the subject.

In general, as a girl there are days when it's a little depressing to see for myself just how critical guys really are.

Actually if you were to check most of the comments tend to be rather positive as we realize that these women are not pretending to be something that they are not.
