anyone have any insight?

On another site I advertise, I can't seem to get it to accept (upload) my new pics. I've messaged them but they're not responding. I've googled to try and find what could be wrong, but couldn't pinpoint anything. The pics are same size/format as all my others. Any help would be appreciated-thanks

Some boards don't have the same upload capabilities. Ping their mod and ask them. I used to have issues posting pictures (not of me!) on some sites because their FTP client was finicky.

Thanks Og, it's not a board, but an advertising site(not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name), and as I've said I can't get them to respond. I'd just leave and ignore it but I've prepaid for advertising posts

Have you tried uploading in various ways, from various devices? If you're going from a phone, for example, it may not support the same file transfer protocols. Also, many devices and sites don't support drag-and-drop, but require a proper FTP client. If you have a computer, try FileZilla (free, although it requires a bit of knowledge about the target site).

Thanks and no. I only have and keep my photos in my computer library, I erase them from my phone, in case I loose it. I've uploaded them the same way as before, from the same device and as I said they're the same format/size....strange and frustrating. lol, maybe that site just wants older photos

I agree with OG, see if there's an alternative upload method like FTP. If they answer, that's something I would pose to them.

They may have shut down the upstream gateway or it is having issues.

Thanks Fuggy, it is kingdom.99-btw they even have phone numbers, Canadian one doesn't work, have yet to try calling the american # this site seems to get online recognition, so it's sad that they neglect their clients as they seem to be doing

So yesterday I received an email, nearly 3 weeks after my first inquiry, from them saying something was wrong on their end causing a problem with uploading pictures. I messaged them that they had terrible customer service.Like a lot of other businesses, they don't seem to care, lol.

I stopped getting aggravated with employees of any corporation. Most don't care and just work looking forward to every second Friday for their paychecks.

That's a good point, and an obvious sign that certain companies can't be great to work for. I think when a company is good to it's employees it reflects upon the employees work ethic.
