I am thinking of moving my business. Does anyone know what the going rate for commercial buildings are these days. I'm talking about a work shop not an office building. somewhere in mississauga

thanks for the help. According to J.J. who happen to be my former landlords I am over paying by a fairly large percentage.


oh yea, and trump. leasing retail/industrial

It ranges depending on sq. ft. as well. You are looking for retail/industrial but what part of miss.

Maybe around Dixie/Matheson or to the east , south or west and approx. sq. ft. desired?

All these factors will have a bearing not to mention the TMI on top of the rent.
