It can vary but in general I'm quiet, I don't really yell or scream, more often than not I am quiet and little moans slip out often rather unexpected (at least to me). Once in a while a "fuck" "yes" "more" and a random "that" will come out of my mouth. Sometimes I'm not really aware of what I'm saying and suddenly I'll let out a string of profanity that would make a sailor blush, that's one way to know you are on the right track.
