Dude I had one very bad a while back. I called the mamasan and complained with a threat that I would never be back again if I was led astray. I wasn't looking for my money back or anything other than honesty. She apologized over and over, she went on to tell me that she appreciates the feedback because many of the ladies are new. The lady I was disappointed with is no longer with them.
