It doesn't matter what Asian women do, they always look good doing it:



Terrible dancers. Look like they are drunk or high.

But they are Asian, so they still look sexy doing it.

Actually you do.
An idea begins as a tiny spark and grows into a flame when nourished.

All it take is a belief in that idea and a willingness to stand behind it.

In th case of countries that eat dogs...One must realize that while we view our morals as superior to others....They too hold their morals above ours.
It is in the traits we share that we can work out the differences we have.

Thank you....it's not about what someone eats it's how they treat that being. How a lot of Asians treat animals is unforgivable and unacceptable, garbage is treated better. I'll never try and change someones food choices but I will try and educate and sway them to buy from those who give the animal proper and humane housing and existence. Then a humane slaughter, it can be done.

Remember it is through our sameness we can share our differences.

With that said I would suggest working towards goals closer to home.
It is a hands on approach that brings about change not headlines about places that never read those headlines.

Your sentiments are appreciated and wise, however I can't agree. All that's been done and a lot has in foreign places, to save many thousands of animals wouldn't have been achieved without headlines and work from abroad.
 
I also take your advice to hear papasmerf.

I am trying to change the minds of Canadians as it relates to their acceptance of private healthcare insurance for animals, but not for humans. I want Canadians to treat humans as well as they treat animals in regards to letting humans pay for medically necessary procedures. Currently, in Ontario, pets can get faster treatment than humans. This is shameful.

I hope to change hearts and minds one day.

My Aunt died because of shortages and waiting lists in the public healthcare system. If my dog were sick, it would have a better care schedule than what my Aunt received.

That's insane.

If I am legally allowed to buy insurance for my pet or pay $4,000 for medical care for my dog, I should be able to pay or buy insurance for myself or my wife etc.

Canadians are the best in the word at Lasik Eye surgery. We could have such better healthcare if the government stopped the insanity of public only healthcare.

It sickens me when I see Animal hospitals that accept cash for care but realize I could never pay a doctor for needed healthcare myself.
 
And I HATE the IDIOTS that LIE and CLAIM that no one goes without needed healthcare in Ontario. They claim that Ontarians are seen based on need, but that is IMPOSSIBLE.

If I am waiting to see a specialist, waiting to get a scan done, waiting to go to a follow up etc., how does the Ontario medical care system know my need and my emergency.

Answer: They don't.

Speak to any Oncology Surgeon and he/she will admit that some of his patients die before he/she can attend to their medical needs.

Disgusting.

Built into the formula for socialized medicine is a predicable acceptable number of death pre-diagnosis. This is never attributed to a lack of health care but rather to natural causes and patients not seeking medicals treatment sooner.
 
Wake up MAL, every pet owner pays through the nose for their pets health care, insured or not. That's why they get immediate attention. What I've spent on my two dogs would make anyone's eyes bulge, but I'm willing to pay and willing to go to where the experts are for their needed care. Humans can do that also, Canadian or not. In Canada basic medical is covered, if you want to go to a private clinic and pay the thousands it would cost to be treated better and faster do that and stop whining. Any and every system has flaws.
 
@Primo-No..... not many can get through to me I'm to strongly opinionated. But as far as Canadian health care, I can't speak to all it's intricacies however I do know there are some private clinics where you can pay outright to get testing done faster. But regardless, although we don't pay when we visit an MD. directly we do pay
and if you want to smoke, then please don't tax our medical system with your poor judgement
if you want to eat meat, don't contribute to suffering, none of us should want anything to suffer. Your veggie comments are silly, and although I can hope they are made in jest, they are used to often by carnivores to support their love of meat. Yes eat what you choose but also don't tax the health care system with the results of your poor judgement.
We all should be responsible for our choices, selves and family's, but as long as some are allowed to live off of others, ie:welfare, that'll never happen:(
We do have to have laws and rules however, if not, to many would abuse and misuse, worse than they do know.
