It's not all about looks, it's about service too (within a lady's posted repertoire/service level). If for whatever reason, one is getting substantially substandard service from the posted repertoire, there is no reason to go "through the motions" ...and "want to continue with bad service." Justin runs a reputable agency, and as such, he was receptive to your concerns.
