I will say this, a top coach is worth more to a team than a 50 goal scorer is. I think he will instantly clean up the nonsense in that dressingroom and take control of the team. The work effort will improve immediately. He will also salvage Phaneuf's career. Kessel is not gong to hack it under Babcock.

I think it is important to bear in mind that just because Babcock has been made the new head coach of the Leafs it does not change anything at the ice level. For example, do really think that Phil Kessel will hit the gym now and get himself into top physical shape just because Babcock is the new head coach?
