I wonder why the parents weren't charged.
Although I myself feel like locking my kids somewhere for a bit at times.

The report says the baby was placed in the safe by an older sibling.
The report does not say the age of this older sibling.
Just how old was this other child.
I am surprised the baby is ok! thank god!
I would have thought the lack of air would have caused severe damage after 30 minutes.
