the only thing, you don't know what damage was done.....he could be fubar......I know I've gotten some pretty good jolts (like 18,000 volts from a neon light transformer) and I was fubar for a day and a bit....(before you ask, I'm not sure how many amps it was, but I know it was 18KV DC). It pretty much knocked me off the ladder I was on......
