Made with Love

Baby on the board signs.

What we need is a magnetic sign that I can carry with me to put on top of the "Expectant Mothers" or "Mothers with Children" parking signs.

Something that reads " Men with Sprained Ankles" or "Limping Men with Hard-ons"

Brilliant idea, BLISS call the printer. I need a sign- "Madman on Board" hurry before somebody beats me to it.

Kidding aside, how many of you respect the signs in shopping mall parking lots marked "mothers with babies" ? Obviously they don't ticket if you park in there, so how many of you actually avoid the spot?

If there's another spot available? I'll leave it open but I had a few customers who wanted me to pick crap up from ikea for them and more often than not, those were the only spots available......i'd be in there like a dirty shirt.......I mean, people ignore the "contractor parking" only spots at home depot so why should I abide by the "parents" or "expectant" mothers signs?

I clearly remember when my ex-wife was pregnant. Maybe it was just her, but she did not want to be treated any differently or show any sign of weakness. Probably just her.

LOL, yup I've parked in the contractors spots at Home Depot, I can't deny it! I was at a mall last week and pulled into a spot for expectant mom's, got out of my car and sure enough a car with a pregnant woman giving me a wicked look. I got back in my car and pulled out to let her have it. Imagine a pregnant woman keying my car, that wouldn't be right. :biggrin2:

I could see it happening, I've known preggos before and they do have violent mood swings lol....

Sorry, I wouldn't worry about it personally. As I said: she chose to become pregnant deal with it......For that matter, I work hard. My knees are always sore, my back is aching, my toes hurt from wearing safety boots all day....right now I have a sore finger from hitting it with a sledge hammer, and cuts all over my legs. Is a pregnant women any worse off than I am? Maybe at the 8 month mark but certainly not in the first trimester lol......

I mean really, any woman could park there....all she'd have to say is "the sign doesn't dictate how many months pregnant you have to be".......:-Cool/"

I think that people who have a "Dog on Board" sign need to buy bigger dogs.

Most of these signs were purchased by the parents when their babies were newborn or infants. Yes they are precious cargo, because their bone density has not fully developed yet and a slight accident can snap their necks. Its just a sign saying please don't follow to close. Nothing wrong with taking precautionary measures when its your baby.

I just feel they should remove them after they turn 2yrs of age.

Do what Troops does when he see's these signs. He drives up beside them to check out if its a yummy mummy.

When I read the thread title, I thought he was going to list signs that indicate someone is a newbie on the board ...
