A classic example of Obama Care in action

Your Government in action when you do not agree.

I believe this falls back on the doctor. If something is reported as suspicious, the child will be removed from the location.
This procedure has been in action prior to Obama's administration.

Well the doctors and police were right.

Judge orders transport of Baby Sammy to Stanford Medical Center

Not to be picky but it sounds to me as if the judge ruled that the parents were right (not the doctors) and ordered the baby removed from the first hospital and transferred to Stanford Medical centre for the second opinion the parents wanted.

In a related story, Obama is considering extending "Obama-care" to blue people.

"You know when it comes to racism, people say: ” I don’t care if they’re black, white, purple or green”… Ooh hold on now: Blue or Green? You gotta draw the line somewhere! To hell with Blue people! - Unless they’re suffocating - then help’em." - Mitch Hedberg

I hope they sue and are awarded lots and lots of money. Entering their home the way they did is ridiculous!

The way I read it:

Diagnosis 1
(Heart mumur)

Anna and Alex Nikolayev removed their baby from Sutter Memorial previously because they were unhappy with the care they were receiving, according to Anna.

Diagnosis 2 (Safe to go home)
His mother wanted a second opinion so she took him to Kaiser Permanente where records show the doctor who examined him deemed him clinically safe to go home.

She did get a second opinion, but it appears to have been incorrect. Baby was brought to Sutter Memorial in his best interests. I believe transport to Stanford was to bring the child to a facility better equipped to handle his heart condition.
