Found a few images ... I've traveled extensively in the back country of BC, AB and the Yukon, and have stumbled upon some amazing creations. I also collected about 800 lbs of rocks along the way. I picked rocks from every lake, creek and river where I went, and made a rock garden on my patio, and rock art by arranging rocks in glass vases. At my old place in Kelowna, I had rocks lining the sides of all the staircases in my home, and I got more compliments on my rock creations than any other item of decor. When I moved, I gave the rocks to an exceptionally bright little boy who saw my ad on CL giving them away - a future geologist I'm sure.
I nearly died laughing when I found this massive boulder painted as a huge yellow duck!! Probably some bored forestry workers. :biggrin2:
