Best and worst Superbowl half-time show performers

So today is the Superbowl game between the NY Giants and the New England Partiots, but the half time show for me for me has always been a big plus and really enhances the experience for me.

So my question to the fans out there is in your view, which Superbowl halftime show performance was the best and the worst from the ones that you have seen?

For me, the best superbowl halftime show performance for me would be a tie between U2 (2002) and Michael Jackson (1993). The vocals were great, the choreography and the dance routines were awesome.

The worst superbowl halftime show performance for me was Shania Twain. (2003). She did a really bad job trying to lip-sync and it was obvious to the crowd.

Doesn't look that bad to me.....but all lip syncers should be barred from ever performing again.....imo that is...



Just like to add:

Notice none of the guitars have cords running into them? Even with wireless there will still be a cord running to the transmitter attached to the muscian's strap......

Naw, you can tell...when the song sounds identical to the original album version. There are a lot of things that have to be exact for that to happen and even though they practice practice practice, not even the BEST singer can sing the same song the same way nor can a guitarist play the same way every time.
