I'll probably regret this but the only thing correct in your post is the being gay point. The rest is simply untrue......

1) Canada didn't have the draft, you're thinking of the USA
2) bad drugs? LSD and acid are no worse than crack crank or meth. Pot was weaker too due to cross breeding and hybrids now....it wasn't bad, just not as strong.
3) when did women need to worry about being pregnant? other than the usual health issues....
4) sexually? I don't know what you mean.....did you forget the free love movement? heck, it was easier to get laid then than now...by far. No aids, no herpes, chlamydia etc now sure you have gonorrhea or syphilis but those are all curable....

But for me, the best decade for being a teen is between 10 and 20.....heheheh

I know the Draft was in the USA...I just thought others would realize that....because Papa was in the conversation too......and if you do not know he lives in the USA....

You see more in the Media about the 60's from the USA....than Canada....

The Pill was not introduce until the early 1960's and even then not all women
were on it....as for condoms, I know that the schools did not teach sex education
back then....but I could be wrong.....i thought it was about 1975 sex ed came in...

Yes the was a rise in STD's because of free sex and no protection....
That is why there was education in the 1980's to use condoms due to Aides
and found that it help with these STD too....
