Sexuality and gender are two very different things. I can be a genetic male who 'dresses up' as a female and outwardly appears to be so to broader society, but that in turn may or may not have any affect on my sexuality. As a heterosexual male I could dress up as a female (based on societal norms) and 'masquerade' day over day as a 'woman', but my heterosexual nature and instinctual sexual attractions to genetic women (i.e. the opposite sex) would remain absolutely unchanged.

yes i agree with that, but sexuality can still be fluid regardless of gender—your sexuality may not change but it’s still possible! didn’t mean for there to be a connection between the two in the first place, my bad.

if you’re using yourself as an example, difference is she sees herself as female and you presumably see yourself as male.

not getting into this debate again. could’ve been worded with more respect is all. why not say transgender women getting married, both previously claimed to not be homosexual? which i do agree that they are lesbians now... fluidity!

Why do I need to tip-toe around the truth, and wrap it all in feel-good anachronisms? Just so some political correctness can be observed but be falsely sold as extending respect. Bullshit to that. Besides, what has Bruce Jenner done through his won behaviors to justify some exceptional level of understanding and public respect? He's been nothing more than a greedy, selfish attention whore who has been pretending to be a spokesperson for a particular special interest group. That was not a mantle he took on all by himself, rather he was unilaterally appointed to that role by the democratic social justice faction who wouldn't really take no for an answer. He acquiesced solely because he was suddenly getting paid in a serious way.
