Best Pooning Destination

I'm off middle February and want to book a one week getaway. Where is the best and least expensive hobby destination? I'm thinking Cuba but I hear all different things about the ladies there, any help would be appreciated.

Colombia, Bogota has a few options. Basic Spanish will help. Note: flights are not that cheap and they charge Canadians $100 entry.(must be a monger fee) Hotels are reasonable and the exchange rate is pretty good right now.(mostly a point and pay city)
Also have heard Medellin is pretty good and if u stay at the Mansion they bring the ladies to you.
Cuba from what I have read is getting harder to hook up, unless you are fluent and put in the work.
