So women and men ARE different. Should they also therefore be treated differently?

Should a woman physically assaulting a man be judged any differently than a man assaulting a woman?
Should mothers have any more rights to children than men?
Should women have any more say in the choice to have a child or an abortion than the man?
Should there be cases where men are paid more for a work position? Should women be excluded from doing some kinds of work if they cannot meet physical requirements?

Let's be consistent about things, huh?

I agree that women should probably fear men more (physical violence) but not in every case. I really don't like those sweeping generalizations.
