Bizarre Shoplift-Hit and Run

Apparently a shoplifter stole a few jackets from a store at Queen and Yonge, was chased by staff up yonge street as he rode away on his bike. The perp fell off his bike and started running whereby he was hit by a car. The driver of car sped away. Police caught up with the driver, and discovered a bag of marijuana in the posession of the passenger!
