Wow that brings back a few memories...Nothing like that first fishing experience with the old man.

Nice add Vanessa.

Many firsts bring back such fond memories for me with my kids! :great:

Nothing better than to see a young boy happy with excitement. Nice find Vanessa.

How are you going to handle the seconds :)

What's to explain? He's a 17 yr old boy... of course we are going to have a conversation about his first kiss?

Double huh?
As for the muff diving conversation... (It was by text message BTW) not sure how the conversation morphed in that direction, (I think it was because he wasn't ready to go "all the way" and was wondering about alternative means of pleasuring his GF...) but it did, so what?

That's one naive kid dude,lol.

Triple huh!

How does talking about it make him naive?

This is all basic stuff that he should have figured out on his own,no?

Christ I would never have asked my dad how to kiss a girl. Did you ask yours? I'm betting not.

Especially with the internet and all the source materials available today. Nina hartley has a whole how to series out there. I know, I know who's Nina Hartley, lol.

True... I didn't say he asked advice... (Although I did offer some anyway, LOL) I just said we talked about it. The first real kiss was in grade 9. Since I was "acting taxi", I picked his GF up (with him of course) before they went to the movies, and after their date was done as well and brought her home. He walked her to her door, and gave her a big kiss. So we talked about it on the way home from her place.

Like I said, he never asked... I just said we had a conversation about it. And no, I never asked my dad either. My dad was a wise & hard working man, but I never thought of him as a sexual being. (Far as I'm concerned he had sex 4x in his life!) Unfortunately, he was "unapproachable" when it came to stuff like this, and I vowed to be a better father to my kids.

LOL... I LOVE NINA! (We have some of her "work" on DVD and particularly liked her How to series on Anal sex, Cunnilingus and swingers! :))

The internet is a valuable resource, no question. But there is also a lot of BS out there. Nothing beats real advice from a trusted source such as a loving and understandable parent. Mrs. CG & I talk about almost everything together with our kids. No subject is taboo, (e.g. drugs, alcohol, girls, boys, sex etc.) and they know this. :great: I wish I had that kind of relationship with MY parents, but no such luck... :ouch:
