Unions are like "Bookies."...They are in a Win/Win situation. They collect union dues for over 25 years and when time comes to actually save jobs they fold up like a cheap tent. The workers on the other hand held our for $0.00 vs $16.00 an hour. Sure some were making $32 Bucks and hour +/-. I don't believe anyone was really surprised by the outcome.

Nope. this is the 3rd (CAW) union plant to close this year. 1200 people out of work. You can't continue telling companies to pay $30-75 per hour when they can go to Brazil and get it done for $10.

This Caterpillar plant is moving to Indianna where wages are much lower, and they will take an old plant out of mothballs.
