Many people use legal tax loopholes to save tax money. The Government is worse than the mob with wanting their piece of the pie.

I'm all for the legalization of marihuana, but I think when it happens there will be other problems that action creates and those actions will give those biblethumpers and nay sayers fuel to over turn the legalization. Time will tell however. Certainly it will be good revenue for the government though.

The bible thumpers are the ones keeping the Liberals from doing anything with BillC36 but with marijuana the public wants it and it would hurt the aspirations of any want to be next prime minister to quash it.

Once implemented it will not be mom and pop shops like the stores popping up and getting shut down, it will be big government distributing the little puffs of joy with an LCBO style distributor.
