There is a poll out there that says 70% of people won't bother trying marijuana after it became legal Hmmmmmm

The site crashed yesterday and they've already ran out of product! It's booming, I need to open up a Madman's Weed Store

About time. How many of you smoke a dube before seeing a SP?. I used to do it all the time because it relaxed me and was hard for me to shoot my load.

Most SP loved my stamina :-Cool/"

One hour after it was legalized and new law regarding smoking and driving. We have the first airhead ticket and who knows what the consequences will be as the law is very iffy at the moment.

One more thing. If you are driving with the windows down during winter time they will stop you.

Do they make penis vapes now?.

TORONTO – A perusal of the ‘s online portal on the first day of legalization turned up an array of expected products – various strains of dried weed, oils and tinctures, and accessories needed to use them.

But also on offer is a cannabis-infused “intimate” spray, marketed under the enticingly named Fleur de Lune, which contains eight milligrams of the psychoactive ingredient THC, as well as the cannabinoid CBD.

The only problem is that the Ontario Cannabis Store had initially mislabelled how to apply the product, saying it was for “sublingual” use, which means under the tongue – in other words, orally.

In fact, the spray made by Hexo Corp. is meant to be applied on the genitals, “particularly for women,” to reduce such symptoms as inflammation and pain, said Terry Lake, the Quebec-based company’s vice-president of corporate social responsibility.

“We always knew there was going to be bumps along the road, no country has done this to this extent,” Lake said of Canada’s roll-out of legalized pot.
“It’s a product like many that are used today for intimate areas of the body, but it should be labelled as such … obviously there’s a mistake there that needs to be corrected, so we certainly will be following up with them to ensure that the right information is being given to consumers.

They didn't "misspell", they used the wrong word.

But that's what happens, when you use drugs.

A 23-year-old Markham man has been charged with impaired driving by drug after a collision early Friday morning, in what York Region police say was their first cannabis-related impaired driving arrest after legalization.
An SUV and a tractor trailer collided on Highway 7, near Commerce Valley Dr., just after 2:30 a.m., causing “significant damage” to both vehicles, police said. The collision closed the highway for nearly five hours.

Second Cup Ltd. has identified more than 20 Ontario locations that it hopes to convert into pot shops as the coffee chain undergoes a strategic review, according to its chief executive officer.

Through a joint venture with National Access Cannabis Corp., Second Cup is already planning to convert two of its Alberta locations into cannabis stores and hopes to open several more in Ontario, where the government will start accepting applications in December. For now, marijuana sales in Canada’s most-populous province are limited to a government-run website, with the first stores expected to open in April.

“As regulations are not yet finalized in Ontario, we do not know the number of potential dispensaries for us, but we have more than 20 locations identified for potential conversion,” CEO Garry Macdonald said in an email.

Second Cup, formed in 1975 and now with 270 stores across Canada, has been struggling with declining revenue and profits amid fierce competition from Starbucks Corp., Tim Hortons Inc. and McDonald’s Corp. However, it improved its cash position to $14.1 million in the third quarter from $3.3 million a year earlier, with no debt.

“The cannabis space represents an opportunity for further growth. We are also interested in, and maintain discussions with, other successful Canadian food service operators and franchisors,” Macdonald said.

“Though we do not yet know the path we will select, we believe that Second Cup will be a different company in the foreseeable future.”

Second Cup, based near Toronto in Mississauga, Ontario, has jumped 24 percent this year to $2.70, boosting its market value to about $54 million.
Ottawa-based National Access Cannabis has medical clinics in six provinces and recreational stores in Alberta and Manitoba.

Legalization benefits everyone, especially the state. They can get extra money for this in the budget thanks to the tax. In addition, they can control the entire industry, so it's better that way. Of course, you may not agree with me, but this is how I see it. Those who want to smoke marijuana will do it despite the ban, and those who do not want to and will not, despite the fact that it is legalized, think more broadly. I smoked marijuana before legalization, even then there were many places where you can buy it. Now I keep doing it because it relaxes me. The upside is that legalization will provide quality control, you can compare it to alcohol, only alcohol is not as harmless as some might say.

Have to disagree, if the government could not control weed before, why would it be able to "control the entire area", now ?

I do agree with the aspect of tax collecting, but I also think that selling to the public, will only make it more available to more of the public, regardless of age for example.
