I just discovered a bunch of photos on my Google pictures that were long ago removed from my phone itself, but somehow they got backed up on my Google Pictures account! I'm obviously talking about pictures of me and several providers. :grrrrrr:

Fortunately they were marked private, so they wouldn't have been visible publicly, but you can never take that chance, and the best way to make sure they stay private is to remove them completely.

Yeah, I've noticed that. Opened up my photo gallery and a pic an asian SP sent me on WeChat popped up. Luckily I was alone when I first saw it.

I wasn't so lucky, I was in a restaurant surrounded by people, but I was able to hide my phone at least when I saw it. And the stupid thing was that it came up randomly when Google felt it needed to show me a special effect for a photo that I had just taken at the restaurant, and among the other things there was a preview in the upper right corner of a fat hairy troll with his dick out, and that turned out to be me.

Uhoh .... better watch out. I sent Lily a boner pic recently .... another fat hairy troll dick pic! BTW, she sent me a meme back showing a penis turning into an atomic explosion. When I saw her she said she was gonna make my penis explode and by golly she did just that! :-Cool/"

By default, I believe Android automatically backs up your photos online. You can choose to disable it. I did it because I didn't want it surreptitiously eating away at my bandwidth allowance by automatically uploading stuff without my wanting it to. But I'm sure if I had naughty photos, I wouldn't want that automatically backed up on my Google Photos account either.

I understand why the feature is automatic by default. People can break or lose their phones at any time. Having your priceless photos trapped on a dead or lost phone means they are gone forever. At least with a Google account, you can retrieve your precious memories online.

Google does a lot of thinking and automation for us. Your Google Calendar is automatically backed up too, and synced across all your Android devices. I'm sure the same thing applies to the rest of Google's built-in apps.

In this case, the photos are too precious and priceless enough that you wouldn't want to back them up. :writing:

BTW, slurp, who's the new girl on your profile?

true enough UC .... in fact Google syncs my laptop chrome settings, calendar and photos and god knows what else to any device I sign into Google with. It is handy when I am on the prowl and want to go to a website on my phone to check out an SP that I looked at on my laptop, Google autofills for me nicely. I do have a password on my phone and do not let folks see things other than what I want. Always been that way, even moreso now. BTW I changed my avatar to a selfie Lily sent me as Gina is gone forever. Not the prettiest but one hell of a fuck!

That is why I turn off my phone when I am meeting someone at a SPA otherwise Google is going to want me to RATE the establishment. Go find out for yourself Google.
Google has become WAY to snoopy. You can also delete your browser activity history in Google.

Yeah, I've had many of those rate your experience at your rub & tug joint google requests too.

Gina has moved back to Vancouver since her daughter is done at U of O.

I wonder how her daughter looks?

Very pretty girl! She would do well in the biz but her mom makes sure she won't ever need to work in the sex industry.

I am sure her daughter will be well looked after. To own a condo in Vancouver is not cheap, so it gives you an idea of her cash flow.
