"Cash Me Ousside" girl is getting Hanes all in a bunch after she allegedly ripped off one of the company's best-selling brands for her own merchandise ... TMZ has learned.
and her mom got an angry letter Friday from Hanesbrands Inc. -- which owns Champion sportswear -- because it's pissed about a "Cashmeousside" logo she's slapped on a bunch of gear.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Hanes accuses the Bregolis of using the identical stylized "C" it uses for its Champion logo. The company says it needs to protect its "extensive consumer goodwill and reputation."
Translation: "Cash Me Ousside" ain't spokeswoman material.
Hanes is giving Danielle a week to halt production of any merch using the Champion "C."
Aaaand now there's one more thing for her to regret about that music video for Kodak Black -- the logo in question is all over it.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ it needs the public's help to identify the black female in the photo ... released by the Sheriffs. TMZ broke the story ... the unidentified girl was seen in video slamming and punching another woman Saturday night in Lake Worth, FL.
The girl in Danielle's crew is allegedly the same one who threw ice cream at another ladyearlier that night. We're told Danielle is cooperating with the cops in their search.

As much as people hate her, you have to feel sorry for her. It was evident that her mother is a piece of work. Just watch all of the Dr. Phil interviews. You know she's feeding her daughters lines.
I wish her the best and it's probably in her best interest to get help and out of the spotlight and those who want to exploit her, to go eat a dick or six.

After months of bullying from social media and peers at school, Danielle Ann was found dead in her room on January 23. The harassment began shortly after the Dr. Phil show released a clip onto their Youtube channel, in which a 13 year old Danielle appears on the show for stealing cars.
While on the show, Danielle began to get irritated with the audience and shouted “catch me outside, how about that?” Initially the airing of the clip was enough to handle. Then a fight with a fellow student leaked online of Danielle being drug out of a car and repeatedly struck in the head.
Just days after, Danielle was found unresponsive by her mother in her bedroom. She was then rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead late Monday evening.

This girl is sad. Her mother needs a punch in the back of the head for bringing her up like that.
