I like that it's fully collapsible. I wonder why they switched it?

You can make a new chat room and invite people to it. If you click on the little cloud icon (or whatever it is), then another icon shows up beside it to click to invite people, and when you type the handle of the member, they end up that chat room too.

It the Private Message part looks like it could be really handy. When you see someone in the shoutbox, just click on their name and a popup gives you options. I like it!
